Amxauto offers a 30-day return policy on most product(s) based on manufacturer return policies. Following 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed. The customer is permitted use of the manufacturer's warranty and we do not make any additional warranty.

• Unopened: Factory sealed product(s) in re-sellable condition may be returned at Amxauto’s discretion. Re-sellable product(s) authorized for return will be credited at the current Amxauto selling price. Credit will be issued within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise at Amxauto.

• Opened: If your product has been opened, but is not defective, you may return your product(s) to us for a refund of the current product price less a 20% restocking fee..

• Defective: If product(s) is defective, you have one of three choices:

  • You may exchange your product(s) for an identical product(s) at no cost.

  • You may exchange your product(s) for a different product(s) less a 20% restocking fee.

  • You may return your product(s) to us for a refund of the current product price less a 20% restocking fee.

• Refused Deliveries: Refused deliveries are subject to a 20% handling fee plus return shipment charges.

Product(s) must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and will fall subject to manufacturer's warranty.

When credit is requested, Amxauto will credit the same method payment used on the original order.

Product(s) showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for credit.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please fill out the following form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

Upon approval, Amxauto will send you an email with an RMA number and return instructions within five business days. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA Number.

When credit is requested, Amxauto will credit the same method payment used on the original order. Please allow 10 business days after receipt of your shipment for your credit to be processed. Thank you.
